Kim – Day 208; 157 to Go
I was watching only about 5 minutes of a DVD, Warrior Yoga by James D’Silva, today. It was a section about meditating and as I was listening I started doing what he was saying. I have never really formally mediated before; I have sat in silence and reflected, but never focused so intently on just my breathing. It was amazing to me that in just a few minutes I felt energized and refreshed. I am excited to go through a longer program and see how much more it can do. I am grateful for this introduction to meditation that may open up a whole new way to renew my body, mind and spirit. My daily inspired thoughts.
