Moments seem to stop when you are in the company of a good friend. To often we take our friendships, especially the good ones for granted. We assume that like the sunrise they will always be there. It is only when life happens and we find that friend not as much a part of our daily lives that we stop and reflect upon the value of the friendship. If isn’t always just a sounding board, or someone to catch up with. For me a true friend is like a buried treasure. Within each of us locked away behind the chores, responsibilities and obligations lies our spirit. The person we dream to be, the places we hope to go the things we long to do. Friendships take us on a journey to those places and insipre us to reach the potential of those hopes and dreams they remind us that knowing is the key to succeeding and that they are here should we need thier help. I am not one of those people with hundreds of acquaintances, but I am blessed with a few very close friends. They are the reason I know I can do anything, they are the strength when I am in doubt. If you have friends like that in your life. Thank them for being there let them know how grateful you are to have them in your life.
