Have you ever realized that sometimes we ask a question we know the answer to only to receive validation.  Sometimes however, we don’t receive the validation we are hoping to get.  So we ask another until we get someone that will agree with us. For me, I ask myself a series of question, only after making a commitment to be complete honest with myself.  This is the most difficult part of going within for the answers.  We must be willing to surrender to that fact that we are where we are bacause of choices we have made for the most part.  No we do not choose for our children, spouse or friends to lie to us, however, there were probably signs that we decided to ignore.  When we surrender in the moment we gain control to find gratitude for our awareness and in doing so allow ourselves to let the past slip away and release our hold on the future that we never had anyway.  The other thing we do is allow ourselves to open the door to understanding.  What is it that caused this person we love to hurt us.  Are they hurting and that is why they are hurting us.  There is no justified reason to ever hurt another.  Yet awareness allows us to sometimes release the anger and move forward. In the end the answer to all our questions is locked within us.  However, it doesn’t reside in the past and it is waiting in the future.  It is behind the surrender of the now that we will find the inspired answer within us.
