Think positively about yourself…. ask God who made you to keep on remaking you.

Kim - Day 294

I think I just heard my favorite line from a movie EVER. It’s from Eat, Pray, Love. I bet you are getting ready for something profound about how we find true selves. Nope. It is a line that Julia Roberts says while she and her friend are devouring the most amazing looking pizza in a Naples café. She says, “I have no interest in being obese, but today we are going to eat and enjoy, go watch a soccer game and then tomorrow we are going to take ourselves shopping and buy some bigger jeans – ones that don’t mind a muffin top.” So maybe that was one of the profound parts of the movie. Enjoy and be okay with it.

Seek to be inspired.. No matter what is going on it can be fixed with some inspiration. I find that I have my off days. Every time I have had a bad day it is because I am worried over a choice I made in the past or because or concern over the future.  For the most part in the moment I am in I am okay.  So once I recognize this I am then able to redirect my attention to the now and in doing so open the door to new opportunity that may not have arrived had I went an other way or an even better future then the one I am concerned over.  So breathe.  Be inspired and most of all be in the NOW

We can let circumstances rule us, or we can take charge and rule our lives from within.

Kim - Day 293

It was a very productive evening and I can’t believe what a difference in stress levels it makes to cross off the list a bunch of little things that were hanging over my head. It helps too to have organized the space in which I needed to do the work first. A clean and clutter free space leads to a clutter free mind. I am hoping that it will spill over into work tomorrow and the weekend ahead. It really is within our own control to take control and change the course of the day.

If I take my life a moment of the time. If I allowed myself to the present in that moment. To find that which I am grateful for and have a bunch for in a very moment. I would always be in the present in the now. By doing now I’m no longer worried about the past are concerned of the future. I am free to get the mom and I meant my attention 100 percent. In doing so I love myself always be open opportunities. Be in the moment appreciate the moment be grateful for where you are

A healthy outside starts from the inside.

Kim - Day 292

I learned my lesson. I was bragging (sort of) about how I never really get sick, and now I’m sick. I am now thinking that I’m never sick for very long, so I hope this time I am not jinxing myself again. I have taken my vitamins, had lots to drink and now I am going to bed very early in hopes that all this plus a good long sleep will fight off anything virus that dares attack. I won’t be taking good health and energy for granted any time soon.

If you looked back over the past year, is there something you had to face that you never thought you would.  How about the last 5 years or even 10. The truth is until we come to face the mountain we must climb we doubt our ability to climb it.  It is only when we have made it to the top or the other side that we realize we had more in us than we thought.  Take time to reflect on how much progress you have made.  Your past accomplishments are validation that you can keep going that you are strong enough.  You are never alone.

An idea that is developed and put into action is more important than an idea that exists only as an idea.
